Ron Quinn
Mr. Quinn brings more than three decades of banking experience to Peach State Bank & Trust, with extensive commercial lending expertise and a track record reflecting portfolio growth and soundness. He earned his BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia and has completed Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He is active in a host of local civic, youth and economic development endeavors including the Gainesville Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club, Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Edmondson Telford Center for Children, Junior Achievement, Boy Scouts of America and the North Georgia Heart Foundation. He is also an active member of Gainesville First United Methodist Church.

Andy FullerC. Andrew Fuller

Mr. Fuller serves as Superior Court Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit for Hall and Dawson Counties.  He has also served as District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit from 1987-1993, prior to which time he was in private practice. He is a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association and Hall County Chamber of Commerce. He is the Chairman of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for the State of Georgia and a member of the Georgia Supreme Court’s Commission on Dispute Resolution.  He is a lifetime member of First United Methodist Church.

Clifton HastingsClifton Hastings
Dr. Hastings is a Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. He is a native of Gainesville and a graduate of Gainesville High School and North Georgia College. He completed studies at the Medical College of Georgia. He is Board Certified in General Surgery and Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgery. He is a Past President of the Hawthorne Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeons and the Mechlenburg County Chapter of the American Heart Association. Dr. Hastings serves on the board of the Northeast Georgia Health System and the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group. He also holds membership in the American College of Surgeons, and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, the Georgia Surgical Society and The Southern Society of Clinical Surgeons. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Gainesville.

Joe HatfieldJoe M. Hatfield
As Vice Chairman of Fieldale Farms Corp., Mr. Hatfield has served in management of the poultry operation for nearly 30 years. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Foothills Counseling Center as well as the North Georgia Technical College Foundation, Department of Natural Resources Foundation. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. He is involved with the National Chicken Council, U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, Georgia Poultry Federation and the Georgia Department of Economic Development.

Wesley MartinWesley E. Martin
As CEO/CFO of Jake Martin & Son Contractors, Inc., Mr. Martin has been involved in Leadership Hall County as well as coaching in youth sports. He Is an active member of First United Methodist Church and is a Trustee for Antioch Campground. Mr. Martin also served as a Director of the Gainesville Jaycees.

Steve McKibbonSteve McKibbon
Steve McKibbon has strong ties to the local Gainesville community as a third-generation Hall County businessman. With his diverse business background, Steve is currently developing commercial and residential projects throughout Hall County and the Northeast Georgia region.
Steve began his career in his family's hotel development and management business, spending seven years with McKibbon Brothers. The company worked with numerous prestigious hotel brands including Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, and Holiday Inn Hotels across Georgia and the Southeast. Part of Steve's job involved updating telephone systems at several McKibbon Brothers hotels, which led to his entry into the telecommunications industry and establishing HCI Communications in 1989.
After merging HCI Communications with a North Carolina-based competitor In 1999, Steve and his business partner Robbie Robison, entered the real estate development industry. McKibbon-Robison has been involved for over a decade developing high-quality neighborhoods in Hall and Forsyth counties. The partnership has built a strong reputation for integrity, particularly during the Great Recession, in standing behind its developments and maintaining high-quality standards for each of its communities.
Steve has been an active supporter of Brenau University, CASA, Elachee, Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, North Georgia Community Foundation, Good News Clinics, Gateway and The Arts Council.  As an avid pilot, Steve also flies patients for Angel Flights and Wounded Warriors for the Veterans Airlift Command.

Nancy Norton
Nancy Norton

A native of Columbia, S.C., Nancy is a fifth generation Gainesville-ian and has made Gainesville her home for over 26 years. She is Vice-President and Relocation Director at The Norton Agency where she coordinates referrals from leading real estate companies of the world and other third party companies. Nancy is a member of the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County and has been involved with Challenged Child, Quinlan Art Center, NGHS MarketPlace and Junior Achievement. Nancy enjoys mentoring through CenterPoint and The Torch Ministries Afterschool Program. She is an active member of First Methodist Church. Nancy is married to Frank K. Norton, Jr. and they have three grown children Teddie, Tripp and Emilie.


Ricky Presley

Ricky Presley is a successful local businessman and founder of Presco Steel Company. Since selling the company in 2000, he has managed and developed personal and commercial real estate investments.  He is the past president of Southern Association of Steel Fabricators and served on its board for nine years. Ricky has past experience with two other regional bank boards prior to joining Peach State Bank.   He is a member of Gainesville First United Methodist Church.

Stewart TeaverStewart Teaver, Chairman
Mr. Teaver brings to Peach State Bank past experience as a bank director, as well as the expertise gained as President and Chairman of City Plumbing and Electric Supply. He is also the President of Area Realty and Manager of Area Realty I LLC.

Tracy Vardeman

Tracy Vardeman is Chief Strategy Executive with Northeast Georgia Health System.  Mrs. Vardeman has over 30 years in the healthcare field and was instrumental in the Medical Center's state approval to provide open heart services to the northeast Georgia area. Mrs. Vardeman is a summa cum laude graduate of Shorter College with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and Management. She holds an MBA degree from Georgia State University with a study emphasis in health administration. She is a native of Trion, Georgia and has resided in Gainesville for more than 30 years. She and her husband John have two children, Ella and Grady.  They are members of First United Methodist Church of Gainesville.
